Welcome to the public consultation website for Brockhill West, which sets out proposals for a new community‑focused neighbourhood on land west of Brockhill, on the north‑western edge of Redditch.
INTRODUCTION
An Outline planning application is being prepared to deliver a well‑designed new neighbourhood that responds to local housing needs and creates long‑term benefits for both new and existing communities.
The proposals include new homes, extensive green space and community facilities, all carefully planned to reflect the character of the surrounding area and connect naturally with Redditch and nearby neighbourhoods.
At the heart of Brockhill West is a proposed new community country park. This would open up land that is currently private farmland, making it publicly accessible for the first time and providing new opportunities for walking, play, access to nature and everyday relaxation. The country park would also form the green framework around which new homes are sensitively and sustainably planned.
